I was born into an artistic family in Manhattan, New York in 1974. I began my musical training at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and continued at Wilfrid Laurier University, Oberlin College Conservatory of Music, and the Royal Conservatory of Music, The Hague, Netherlands. Besides studying with Eugene Kash, Martin Beaver, David Stewart, Jerzy Kapłanek and Pavlo Beznosiuk, I also took part in master classes with Steven Staryk, Jaap Schroeder, Anner Bylsma, the Orford Quartet and George Crumb. I was a founding member of the ensembles Harmonie Universelle and Le Cercle de l’Harmonie and currently lead the viola section of Les Musiciens du Louvre and Le Concert des Nations for their seminal project, ACADÈMIA BEETHOVEN 250.
